Dr Annette Bramley – Director 

Annette joined the N8 in 2018 as Director from EPSRC, where she was Head of Healthcare Technologies. Annette has had significant success in galvanising multi-disciplinary research collaborations and is now bringing this expertise to bear for the N8 universities.

Steve Parkinson – Research Partnership Manager

Steve joined the N8 in 2018 from University of Salford where he supported research development across the campus, including Environment and Life Sciences. He is now using his experience to explore collaborative opportunities to support N8’s emerging priority in children and young people’s health, skills, and prosperity

Dr Nick Goldspink – Research Partnership Manager

Nick joined the N8 in 2013, having worked previously in the biotechnology healthcare industry and for Arthritis Research UK. Nick has supported the N8 Food Security project from inception to funding and is now working on developing new programmes in the clean business field
